If no more than 1/3 of the employer's deductible contribution is allocated to the accounts of highly compensated employees, the defined contribution plan limit - a dollar limit and a percentage of compensation limit -- does not apply to either any forfeiture of an employer security if the security was acquired with the proceeds of a securities acquisition loan or interest contributed in respect of a loan, the proceeds of which were used to acquired employer securities. |
